Welcome to the Summer Camp at Yorktown Montessori School

Our aim is to provide a safe and fun experience for children, age 2.5 to 6 years.


Summer Programs

Children are encouraged to participate in a wide variety of activities, which include story time, games, art & crafts, cooking, music, drama, sports, scientific exploration, and lots of hands-on activities. Bi-weekly outings may be scheduled to local attractions, including the library, fire station, farm, and parks, as well as other local educational attractions. Information and permission forms will be sent home prior to the trips. Detail of daily activities will be posted at the school prior to each session during the summer. Parents can register their children for 1 or all 4 sessions offered. Children can be registered for the session in following programs.

  • Half Day ( 8:30am - 11:30am )
  • Full Day ( 8:30am - 3:30pm )
  • Extended Full Day (8:30 am - 6:00pm)

  • Session 1 : July 2 ~ July 12 - The marvelous world of Van Gogh
  • Session 2 : July 15 ~ July 26 - Camp Curious
  • Session 3 : July 29 ~ Aug. 9 - Olympic Fun Fest
  • Session 4 : Aug. 12~ Aug. 23 - Carnival Adventures

  • Registration Policy
    • This program is offered to children currently enrolled with Yorktown Montessori School as well as to children not yet enrolled.
    • Registration form must be submitted with a non-refundable registration fee of $23.63 per child. Early registration is recommended as registration is on a first-come first-serve basis.
    • Submit one registration form per child, along with the fees for the session(s) you are registering.
    • Medical and health information must be specified where applicable.

    Refund Policy
    • There is no refund or credits for a child’s absence due to any reason. For the following circumstances, the fees for the remaining session registered may be refunded less the non-refundable administration fee of $23.63.
    • For cancellation received in writing 2 weeks before the start of the session.
    • If the teachers/staff and school administrator feel that the child is not adapting to the school environment, the child may be requested to be withdrawn from the school.
